How to Cook Quick Cook Boba
You will need:
- 1 : 6 cup ratio for Tapioca : Water
- Brown Sugar Syrup or Honey
Instructions:
1. Bring six times the amount of water to a boil.
2. Add the pearls to the boiling water and stir until all the pearls float to the surface.
3. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes, stirring the pearls every 1-2 minutes.
4. Turn off the heat, keep the pot covered, and allow it to sit for another 5 minutes.
5. Drain the cooked pearls through a sieve and rinse with cold water until cool.
6. Pour the pearls into a container and mix them with your preferred sweetener. Your pearls are now ready to be served!
